Terms of use

The service
Siteplume is a construction oversight system operated by Plumeware LLC for clients, their consultants and the contractors working with them. Access is by invitation from a project director. Your use is governed by these terms and by the agreement between the operator and the organisation that invited you.
Your account
- Keep your password and recovery codes to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account until you tell us it has been compromised.
- Records you create carry your name, role and the time. Do not create records on someone else's behalf or alter the meaning of an existing one; the history is kept as evidence and cannot be edited.
- Use Siteplume only for the projects you have been given access to and only for their administration.
Content
Documents, photos, drawings and records belong to the project parties that own them under the construction contract. You grant the operator only the rights needed to store, display and back them up. Do not upload material you have no right to share.
Availability and support
The operator aims to keep the service available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Support: our contact page.
Liability
Siteplume records and presents information entered by project members; decisions under the construction contract remain the responsibility of the parties who make them. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect loss arising from the use of the service.
Ending access
A project director may remove you from a project and an organisation administrator may close your account at any time. The operator may suspend access that breaches these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law named in the agreement between Plumeware LLC and the organisation that invited you.
